What Engine DOES: Solves prime factorization QUBO up to 30-bit (browser) / 60-bit (GPU engine.py). Tests zeta zeros via optimization: finds s where |ζ(s)| minimized near critical line. NOT proof of all zeros, but testable optimization.
Public Test: Enter N= 15,21,35,143 → engine factorizes via QUBO. Enter t for ζ(0.5+it) → engine finds minima.
